E System Sales, Inc. website terms of use entitles any internet browser the use of any E System Sales, Inc. owned website at any time 24 hours a day seven days a week for informational and purchasing purposes only by E System Sales, Inc. 

Internet browsers logging on to any one of the E System Sales, Inc. websites will agree to the terms of use terms automatically when logging on to the website, Website terms of use are set fourth by the management team of E System Sales, Inc.  Any internet browser that does not agree to the terms of use will be expected lawfully to log off any E System Sales, Inc. website or webpage immediately.

By browsing any of the E System Sales, Inc websites and right clicking on any E System Sales, Inc. branded graphic images and downloading the image for use in any way to gain monetary or financial gain will constitute a reward payable to E System Sales, Inc.  a minimum charge that will be billed at a minimum charge of $1500.00 per image, per page and per website.

E System Sales, Inc. will reserve it's rights to obtain the charges set fourth in the paragraph above for any illegal use of E System Sales, Inc. branded images for any monetary or financial gain set fourth in the Copyright laws of the United States of America.

In any case of image infringement E System Sales, Inc. will notify any infringing website owner by telephone and allow a 24 hour grace period for removing any E System Sales, Inc Graphic Image before perusing legal action.

E System Sales, Inc. will employee the nearest collection agency to the infringing company, instruct and pay for the proper court litigation to prevent internet image infringement.

As per any ensuing court litigation the user is always responsible for paying all court costs for both parties involved in any United States Court battle per the United States Copyright terms.
